This is a really good lighting shop. Has a great range of lights and fans that are different to the big chain shops. Friendly helpful staff as well.

Visited Boardwalk to see if I could get some LEDs for my ceiling to replace four bulbs. My current cut-outs were quite large so there weren't many choices from Beacon lighting. Stefan was very helpful and recommend a couple of options for me. He was very helpful and after installing the LEDs, I am happy with the result. Sometimes it can be daunting looking for LEDs because there's so many choices/specifications but Stefan made it easier. Thank you Boardwalk Fans & Lighting!

The store is wonderfully set out and easy to navigate around lighting types.
Beautiful light selection and range.
The customer service is spot on ( no problem is too big).
Stefan is very knowledgeable and it shows!
Both Stefan and his wife really do have the ““old style customer service - which is very much lacking today”
Well worth visiting this store before seeking out larger stores - exceptional !

Amazing product and exceptional customer service to go with it! I had a few problems with damaged product out of the box (this happens from time to time, understandably) The way this store handled it was awesome to say the least. they went above and beyond to the point they ordered multiple replacements just in case the replacement one was also damaged. I received my product undamaged this time and these guys have now got a return customer! love your work guys, thank you! :)
